目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对睾丸或附件扭转的诊断价值。方法：收治睾丸或附件扭转患者30例，对其高频彩色多普勒二维图像及彩色多普勒血供情况进行回顾性分析。结果：18例睾丸血流减少或消失，8例睾丸上方可见混合回声团，超声诊断睾丸扭转，与手术病理诊断相符。12例睾丸附件扭转，超声显示扭转睾丸附件呈略高回声居多，或低回声、等回声、混合回声，内未见明显血流信号。异常回声多位于睾丸附睾头之间，伴有睾丸附睾肿大同时血流信号也较多，漏诊2例。结论：高频彩色多普勒对睾丸及附件扭转有较高诊断价值，为临床治疗提供帮助。
목적：탐토고빈채색다보륵초성대고환혹부건뉴전적진단개치。방법：수치고환혹부건뉴전환자30례，대기고빈채색다보륵이유도상급채색다보륵혈공정황진행회고성분석。결과：18례고환혈류감소혹소실，8례고환상방가견혼합회성단，초성진단고환뉴전，여수술병리진단상부。12례고환부건뉴전，초성현시뉴전고환부건정략고회성거다，혹저회성、등회성、혼합회성，내미견명현혈류신호。이상회성다위우고환부고두지간，반유고환부고종대동시혈류신호야교다，루진2례。결론：고빈채색다보륵대고환급부건뉴전유교고진단개치，위림상치료제공방조。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in testicular or adnexal torsion. Methods:33 patients with testicular or adnexal torsion were selected,their high frequency color doppler and two-dimensional images and color dppler blood supply were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Testicular blood flow in 18 cases were disappeared or reduced.8 cases showed mixed echoes above the testicle,ultrasound diagnosis were testicular torsion,which was consistent with the operation and pathological diagnosis.In 12 cases of testicular or adnexal torsion,ultrasound showed slightly high echo,or low echo,equal echo,mixed echo,without obvious blood flow signal.Abnormal echo location was between the testis and epididymis head,with the enlargement of the testis and epididymis and more blood flow signal.2 cases were missed diagnosis.Conclusion:High frequency color doppler is of high value for the diagnosis of testicular torsion and accessories,and it can provide help for the clinical treatment.
