介绍一款采用8位单片机Mega128设计的具有寻迹、金属检测、避障、趋光及距离测量等五大功能的多功能智能小车。该多功能智能小车系统采用模块化控制。通过嵌入模糊控制算法,实现小车精准寻迹;采用超声波检测障碍物使小车提前做出反应,绕过障碍物;设计灵敏度可调的趋光系统,驱动小车趋光进库;通过金属传感器检测金属块;利用霍尔器件测量小车行驶的路程;最终将金属块个数,行驶时间及路程显示在液晶屏上,实现了友好的人机界面。实验表明,智能小车系统能够顺利完成种各功能,在各独立控制模块上能达到较高的稳定性和精度要求。

A multi-function intelligent car with an 8-bit microcontroller Mega128 is introduced,which has the functions of tracing,metal detection,obstacle avoidance,phototaxis and range finding. This multi-function intelligent car system adopts modular control and can track the route precisely by embedding the fuzzy control algorithm. This car is able to bypass obstacles by the ultrasonic detection. The phototactic system with adjustable sensitivity was designed to drive the car into its garage. The metal sensor in this car is used to detect metal blocks and Hall device is used to measure the car’s driving distance. Finally, the number of metal blocks,running time and driving distance are displayed in a LCD screen to realize the friendly human-ma-chine interface. The experiments show that the intelligent car system can complete the specified functions and achieve high sta-bility and accuracy on each independent control module.
