　　自主创新是企业创新的主要内容，而企业之间的竞争是企业自主创新行为的原动力。依据企业生态位理论，通过构建企业竞争动力学模型，分析企业生态位镶嵌、企业竞争规律和企业群落的动态稳定性，从企业竞争系数的层次分析竞争和创新行为，认为企业必须准确定位，转变传统竞争思维，建立适合企业发展的自主创新策略。

The independence innovation is the majority of enterprise innovation, and the competition between enterprises is the motive force to independence innovation behavior of enterprise. According to the ecological niche theory of enterprise, this paper set up the dynamics model of the enterprise competition, and analyzed the overlap of ecological niche of enterprise, the competition regularity of enterprise and the dynamic stability of enterprise. The enterprise must fix accurately, change traditional competition thought, and establish the innovation strategy which is suitable for enterprise development.
