When three phase short circuit is happened in capacity hydraulic generator, the short circuit current is very big and has great harm to the power system operation. This paper calculated the short circuit current of three phase short circuit and analyzed the physical quantities. The differential equation method is used to analyze the three phase short circuit of power supply system with infinite capacity and calculate the physical quantities, and the MATLAB is used to the simulation and the analysis results is verified.
