目的：观察血栓通在急性脑梗死病例治疗过程中的疗效。方法：对比两组急性脑梗死患者治疗效果，在基本药物治疗的基础上，治疗组43例，给予血栓通400mg 加入生理盐水250ml 静脉滴注，对照组43例，用丹参注射液30ml 加入生理盐水250ml 静脉滴注，1次/日，14天1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率90.70%，对照组总有效率76.74%，两者相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：血栓通治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。

목적：관찰혈전통재급성뇌경사병례치료과정중적료효。방법：대비량조급성뇌경사환자치료효과，재기본약물치료적기출상，치료조43례，급여혈전통400mg 가입생리염수250ml 정맥적주，대조조43례，용단삼주사액30ml 가입생리염수250ml 정맥적주，1차/일，14천1개료정。결과：치료조총유효솔90.70%，대조조총유효솔76.74%，량자상비차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：혈전통치료급성뇌경사료효학절。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xue Shuan Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Two groups of acute cerebral infarction patients were treated by different therapeutic methods,and we compared the results of treatment. On the basic of drug treatment,the treatment group of 43 cases were treated by Xue Shuan Tong 400mg plus saline 250ml for intravenous drip.43 cases in control group were given Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 30ml plus saline 250ml for intravenous drip,1 time/day,1 course of treatment was 14 days.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.70%;in control group,the total effective rate was 76.74%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Xue Shuan Tong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
