Tan Re Qing injection%Upper respiratory tract infection%Clinical observation
目的：分析痰热清注射液治疗上呼吸道感染效果。方法：选取上呼吸道感染患者88例，随机将其分成观察组和对照组各44例，其中观察组均使用痰热清注射液20ml/次，加入250ml 5%葡萄糖注射液；对照组使用利巴韦林注射液0.5g/次，同样加入250ml葡萄糖注射液。两组疗程均为6天。结果：观察组38例治愈、2例显效、4例无效，总有效率91.0%；对照组30例治愈、4例显效、10例无效，总有效率77.2%。两组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在治疗上呼吸道感染时，使用痰热清注射液，能达到较好的治疗效果，且无明显不良反应。

목적：분석담열청주사액치료상호흡도감염효과。방법：선취상호흡도감염환자88례，수궤장기분성관찰조화대조조각44례，기중관찰조균사용담열청주사액20ml/차，가입250ml 5%포도당주사액；대조조사용리파위림주사액0.5g/차，동양가입250ml포도당주사액。량조료정균위6천。결과：관찰조38례치유、2례현효、4례무효，총유효솔91.0%；대조조30례치유、4례현효、10례무효，총유효솔77.2%。량조치료총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재치료상호흡도감염시，사용담열청주사액，능체도교호적치료효과，차무명현불량반응。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Tan Re Qing injection in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:88 patients with upper respiratory tract infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The observation group was treated with Tan Re Qing injection 20ml/time joined in 250ml 5%glucose injection;the control group was treated with ribavirin injection 0.5g/time,also joined in the 250ml glucose injection.Two groups of patients were treated for 6 days.Results:In the observation group,38 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 91%;in the control group,30 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 77.2%.The total effective rate of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection,the use of Tan Re Qing injection treatment can achieve a good treatment effect,and there is no obvious adverse reactions.
