农村图书馆建设作为农村文化建设的重要内容，近年来得到快速发展。从国家文化建设的背景出发，阐述了农村图书馆建设的重要意义，结合农村图书馆的发展现状，指出其发展中存在的一些问题，并给出了一些对策。

Being as an important content of rural cultural construction, the construction of rural library has get fast development in recent years. Starting from the background of national culture construction, this paper expounds the important significance of the construction of rural library, and connecting with the current status of the development of rural library, points out some problems existing in the development of rural library, and puts forward some countermeasures.
