Bridge engineering construction technology is complex, and there is high safety risk and high degree of safety accidents, so it is very complex systematic work. The core of HSE management is risk management, which embodies the systematic risk control idea:source management and accident prevention. In this paper, through comprehensive analysis of the potential HSE risk factors in bridge construction stage, and appraisal and analysis of the risk factors, the process of bridge construction HSE risk management is discussed.
