目的：评价中药方外敷治疗婴儿先天性肌性斜颈的临床疗效。方法：收治先天性肌性斜颈患儿200例，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各100例。对照组采用手法按摩+理疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加用中药方外敷。治疗60天1疗程，共2个疗程，比较两组临床疗效。结果：试验组痊愈90例(90%)，好转6例(6%)，总有效率96%。对照组痊愈70例(70%)，好转10例(10%)，总有效率80%。试验组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中药方外敷结合手法按摩及理疗治疗婴儿先天性肌性斜颈临床疗效显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

목적：평개중약방외부치료영인선천성기성사경적림상료효。방법：수치선천성기성사경환인200례，수궤분위대조조화시험조，매조각100례。대조조채용수법안마+리료，시험조재대조조적기출상가용중약방외부。치료60천1료정，공2개료정，비교량조림상료효。결과：시험조전유90례(90%)，호전6례(6%)，총유효솔96%。대조조전유70례(70%)，호전10례(10%)，총유효솔80%。시험조료효우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：중약방외부결합수법안마급리료치료영인선천성기성사경림상료효현저，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of traditional prescription for external application in the treatment of infants with congenital muscular.Methods: 200 cases of children with congenital muscular torticollis were admited,who were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The control group were using massage and physical therapy,while the experimental group were treated with traditional prescription for external application on the basis of the control group.Treating 60 days was 1 course,a total of 2 courses.Compare the effect of the clinical curative effect of tow groups. Results:The experimental group cured in 90 cases(90%),improved in 6 cases(6%),and the total efficiency was 96%.The control group cured in 70 cases(70%),improved in 10 cases(10%),and the total efficiency was 80%.The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional prescription for external application combine with massage and physical therapy in the the treatment of infants with congenital muscular torticollis,the clinical effect is remarkable,so it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical.
