目的：探讨沐舒坦鼓室注射治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治分泌性中耳炎患者200例，随机分成观察组和对照组各100例，对照组采用鼓膜麻醉剂棉片贴敷鼓膜行表面麻醉，用5号长针头将中耳腔内液体抽出，同时用1%呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻，2滴/次，3次/日，口服阿莫西林0.5g/次，3次/日。观察组在对照组的基础上在抽液后将沐舒坦15mg和地塞米松5mg混和液注入耳腔进行治疗。结果：观察组总有效率97.0%，对照组总有效率87.0%，两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：沐舒坦鼓室注射治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토목서탄고실주사치료분비성중이염적림상료효。방법：2012년1월-2014년1월수치분비성중이염환자200례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각100례，대조조채용고막마취제면편첩부고막행표면마취，용5호장침두장중이강내액체추출，동시용1%부마적비액적비，2적/차，3차/일，구복아막서림0.5g/차，3차/일。관찰조재대조조적기출상재추액후장목서탄15mg화지새미송5mg혼화액주입이강진행치료。결과：관찰조총유효솔97.0%，대조조총유효솔87.0%，량조비교유현저성차이(P＜0.05)。결론：목서탄고실주사치료분비성중이염료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of intratympanic injection of ambroxol in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods:200 case of patients with secretory otitis media from January 2012 to January 2014,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group were used anesthetic cotton sheet sticking tympanic membrane tympanic membrane surface anesthesia,using 5 mark long needle to take out the middle ear cavity liquid,at the same time using 1% cefuroxime nasal drops to nasal inhalation,2 drops each time,3 times each day,oral amoxicillin, 0.5g each time,3 times each day.The observation group were treatment with 15mg ambroxol and 5mg dexamethasone mixed liquid into the ear cavity on the basis of the control group after the infusion.Results:The total effectiveness of the observation group was 97%,while the total effectiveness of the control group was 87%,two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of intratympanic injection of ambroxol in the treatment of secretory otitis media is significant,worthy of promotion.
