目的：探讨卡铂联合立止血胸腔注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法：选取恶性胸腔积液患者60例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用立止血进行治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用卡铂进行联合治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组的总有效率80.64%，对照组的总有效率72.41%，治疗组明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组的KPS评分升高率87.10%，对照组的KPS评分升高率75.86%，治疗组明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：卡铂联合立止血胸腔注射治疗恶性胸腔积液，能够有效的提高患者的生存质量，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토잡박연합립지혈흉강주사치료악성흉강적액적림상효과。방법：선취악성흉강적액환자60례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조채용립지혈진행치료，치료조재대조조적기출상채용잡박진행연합치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과：치료조적총유효솔80.64%，대조조적총유효솔72.41%，치료조명현고우대조조，구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；치료조적KPS평분승고솔87.10%，대조조적KPS평분승고솔75.86%，치료조명현고우대조조，구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：잡박연합립지혈흉강주사치료악성흉강적액，능구유효적제고환자적생존질량，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of carboplatin combined with reptilase intrapleural injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods:60 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group were treated by reptilase treatment,while the treatment group were treated by carboplatin combined treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.64% ,while the total effective rate of the control group was 72.41% ,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The increase rate of KPS score in the treatment group was 87.10%,while the increase rate of KPS score in the control group was 75.86%,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carboplatin combined with reptilase intrapleural injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
