目的:了解济宁市乡镇卫生院护理现状,探讨改善的对策。方法:在济宁地区13个县市区内随机抽取16个乡镇卫生院,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行乡镇卫生院护理人员及工作现状调查。并对16个卫生院的48名医院中层护理管理者进行访谈。结果:济宁地区乡镇卫生院护理人员平均年龄29.9岁,平均工作时间8.7年,57.5%护理人员学历为中专。护理项目实施率<50%的有青少年保健、康复护理及临终关怀。不同学历、职称护理人员实施护理工作状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:济宁市乡镇卫生院护理个别项目缺如,护理人员整体水平不高,不同特征护士完成的护理项目情况有差别。需全面提升济宁市乡镇卫生院护理人员素质,促进护理观念转变,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To understand the nursing status of township hospitals in Jining City,and to explore the improvement countermeasures.Methods:The 16 township hospitals were chosen randomly in 13 counties in Jining area,the work status of nursing staff in township hospital were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire.We conducted interviews with 48 hospital nursing management of the 16 township hospitals.Results:In the township hospitals of Jining area,the average age of the nursing staff was 29.9 years old.The average working time was 8.7 years.The education of 57.5% nursing staff was secondary specialized school.In the nursing program,the implementation rate of several projects were less than 50%,including adolescent health care,rehabilitation care and hospice care.In the implementation of nursing work,nurses with different educational background and professional title were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:In the township hospitals of Jining area,some care programs are absent.The overall level of nursing staff is not high.Nursing project completed by nurse with different characteristics is different.The quality of nursing staff in the township hospitals of Jining area need to improve in order to promote nursing concept change and improve patient satisfaction.
