目的：对风险管理在护理管理工作中的实际应用进行分析。方法：2011年3月-2013年12月收治患者300例，随机分成护理组与对照组各150例。对照组患者进行常规护理，护理组患者应用护理风险管理。对两组患者的护理效果进行观察分析。结果：护理组患者满意度96.6%，对照组患者满意度74.6%，对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在护理管理工作中加强风险管理，可以使护士提高责任心，有效减少护理差错的发生，同时解决护理工作中不易被医护人员发现的问题，使医院的整体护理质量得到真正的提升，使患者获得更安全、质量更高的护理服务，早日康复出院。
목적：대풍험관리재호리관리공작중적실제응용진행분석。방법：2011년3월-2013년12월수치환자300례，수궤분성호리조여대조조각150례。대조조환자진행상규호리，호리조환자응용호리풍험관리。대량조환자적호리효과진행관찰분석。결과：호리조환자만의도96.6%，대조조환자만의도74.6%，대비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재호리관리공작중가강풍험관리，가이사호사제고책임심，유효감소호리차착적발생，동시해결호리공작중불역피의호인원발현적문제，사의원적정체호리질량득도진정적제승，사환자획득경안전、질량경고적호리복무，조일강복출원。
Objective:To explore the practical application of risk management in nursing management.Methods:We selected 300 patients from March 2011 to December 2013.These patients were randomly divided into nursing group and control group with 150 cases in each.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the nursing group received nursing risk management.Nursing Effect of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The satisfaction of nursing group was 96.6%, and the satisfaction of control group was 74.6% .The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Strengthening of risk management in nursing management,can enhance the sense of responsibility of nurses,and effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing errors.At the same time,it can solve the problem which is not easy to be found by medical staff,improve the overall quality of care in hospital,and provide safe and high quality nursing service to patients,so patients can obtain early rehabilitation and be discharged from hospital.
