目的：对钦州市钦南区一乡镇中学发生群体心因性疾病进行流行病学调查。方法：对发病10例学生进行调查，填写食物中毒流行病学个案调查表，对可疑食物进行追溯，对现场进行卫生学调查。结果：自述恶心8人，腹痛8人，头痛4人，头晕8人，发热1人。留样食物及水样未检出任何可疑致病菌。结论：患者以自述症状为主，无阳性体征，是一起群体性心因性疾病。
目的：對欽州市欽南區一鄉鎮中學髮生群體心因性疾病進行流行病學調查。方法：對髮病10例學生進行調查，填寫食物中毒流行病學箇案調查錶，對可疑食物進行追溯，對現場進行衛生學調查。結果：自述噁心8人，腹痛8人，頭痛4人，頭暈8人，髮熱1人。留樣食物及水樣未檢齣任何可疑緻病菌。結論：患者以自述癥狀為主，無暘性體徵，是一起群體性心因性疾病。
목적：대흠주시흠남구일향진중학발생군체심인성질병진행류행병학조사。방법：대발병10례학생진행조사，전사식물중독류행병학개안조사표，대가의식물진행추소，대현장진행위생학조사。결과：자술악심8인，복통8인，두통4인，두훈8인，발열1인。류양식물급수양미검출임하가의치병균。결론：환자이자술증상위주，무양성체정，시일기군체성심인성질병。
Objective:To investigate the epidemiology of Mass psychogenic illness at a Township Middle School in Qinnan District of Qinzhou City.Methods:10 cases who had symptoms were investigated.We filled in the questionnaire of food poisoning epidemiological case.The suspicious food and the health situation of the scene were investigated.Results:8 cases claimed that they have nausea,8 cases had abdominal pain,4 cases had headache,8 cases had dizziness,1 cases had fever.We did not found any suspected pathogens in food and water samples.Conclusion:The main symptoms of patients are readme symptoms,and there are no positive signs,so this is a group of Mass psychogenic illness.
