目的：护患沟通是医疗工作中的重要组成部分。在护患沟通中，心理咨询技能的应用有着十分重要的意义。可以建立良好的护患关系，改变患者不良心理状态和行为，使其积极配合治疗。尊重、热情、真诚、共情、积极关注是心理咨询师建立良好咨询关系的五大要素。作者将心理咨询技能贯穿护患沟通之中，本文对其进行简要介绍。

Nurse-patient communication is an important part of medical work.In the nurse-patient communication,the application of psychological consultation skills has a very important significance.It can establish good nurse-patient relationship, change the bad psychological state and action,and make the patients actively accept treatment.Respect,empathy,enthusiasm, sincere and positive attention are the five brief points of establishing good relationship.The auther takes the psychological consultation skills in the nurse-patient communication.This paper makes a brief introduction on it.
