目的：本文总结了34例急性胰腺炎患者的护理，主要包括在及时规范治疗的基础上给予指导休息与体位、禁食禁饮、胃肠减压、病情观察、症状护理、心理护理和饮食护理等护理措施。认为在及时诊治的同时对急性胰腺炎患者实施针对性精心细致的护理，可提高临床治愈率，减少患者并发症的发生，提高临床治疗效果。
목적：본문총결료34례급성이선염환자적호리，주요포괄재급시규범치료적기출상급여지도휴식여체위、금식금음、위장감압、병정관찰、증상호리、심리호리화음식호리등호리조시。인위재급시진치적동시대급성이선염환자실시침대성정심세치적호리，가제고림상치유솔，감소환자병발증적발생，제고림상치료효과。
The text summarized the nursing experience of 34 patients with acute pancreatitis.Based on the standard treatment, mainly nursing included giving guidance on the rest and postural,drink,fasting,gastrointestinal decompression illness observed, symptom care,psychological care,and diet.The auther considered that implement targeted careful and meticulous care while timely diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,can improve the clinical cure rate,reduce the incidence of patient complications,and improve clinical outcomes.
