目的：比较腹腔镜术后患者主诉疼痛与护理评估的差异，以掌握患者对疼痛的感知情况，提供有效的护理。方法：2012年3月-2013年12月腹腔镜治疗的患者100例，均采用疼痛评估量表(NRS)进行评分，共11个等级。具体评估时间：手术后第1天10：00、16：00和20：00，统计患者疼痛部位、疼痛强度、药物应用情况，然后由护理人员在上午10：30、16：30和20：30，与患者面对面交谈，了解患者具体疼痛情况，对疼痛进行评估。结果：患者主诉疼痛强于护理评估的患者58例(58.0%)，患者主诉疼痛等于护理评估的患者12例(12.0%)，患者主诉疼痛弱于护理评估的患者30例(30.0%)。结论：患者对疼痛的耐受程度不一样，对疼痛的感觉有一定的差异。
목적：비교복강경술후환자주소동통여호리평고적차이，이장악환자대동통적감지정황，제공유효적호리。방법：2012년3월-2013년12월복강경치료적환자100례，균채용동통평고량표(NRS)진행평분，공11개등급。구체평고시간：수술후제1천10：00、16：00화20：00，통계환자동통부위、동통강도、약물응용정황，연후유호리인원재상오10：30、16：30화20：30，여환자면대면교담，료해환자구체동통정황，대동통진행평고。결과：환자주소동통강우호리평고적환자58례(58.0%)，환자주소동통등우호리평고적환자12례(12.0%)，환자주소동통약우호리평고적환자30례(30.0%)。결론：환자대동통적내수정도불일양，대동통적감각유일정적차이。
Objective:Compare the differences between nursing assessment results and patients complained pain afer laparoscopic surgery,in order to grasp the situation of patient 's perception of pain,to provid effective nursing.Methods:100 cases treated with laparoscopic from March 2012 to December 2013.All used pain assessment scale(NRS)score,total of 11 grade. Assessments time:10:00am,4:00pm and 8:00pm in the first day after surgery,statistical patient pain location,pain intensity,drug application,and then by the nurses face to face conversation with the patient at 10:30am,4:30pm and 8:30pm,comprehend the pain conditions of patient and evaluate the pain.Results:58 cases complained pain biger than nursing assessment(58.0% ).12 cases complained pain equel with nursing assessment(12.0% ).30 cases complained of pain small than nursing assessment(30.0% ). Conclusion:There are some differences on tolerate degree and feeling of pain in patients.
