目的：探究社区护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法：2012年11月-2013年11月收治高血压患者148例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各74例。观察组采用社区护理干预方法治疗，对照组采用传统方法治疗。结果：观察组血压控制效果非常显著，其控制率93.24%；而对照组血压控制率只有41.89%。观察组的血压控制明显要优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：运用社区护理干预，能够有效地降低高血压患者的血压水平，改善患者的生活质量，同时降低并发症的发生率。

목적：탐구사구호리간예대고혈압환자생활질량적영향。방법：2012년11월-2013년11월수치고혈압환자148례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각74례。관찰조채용사구호리간예방법치료，대조조채용전통방법치료。결과：관찰조혈압공제효과비상현저，기공제솔93.24%；이대조조혈압공제솔지유41.89%。관찰조적혈압공제명현요우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：운용사구호리간예，능구유효지강저고혈압환자적혈압수평，개선환자적생활질량，동시강저병발증적발생솔。
Objective:To discuss the influence of community nursing intervention on the treatment effect of patients with hypertension.Methods:148 cases with hypertension were admitted from November 2012 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 74 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by community nursing intervention treatment,while the control group were treated by traditional method of treatment.Results:The blood pressure control effect of the observation group was very significant,and the control rate was 93.24%,while the control rate of the control group was 41.89%.The blood pressure control of the observation group was much better than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups was significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of community nursing intervention can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
