目的:为了解某高校幼儿园、附小儿童麻疹、脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)抗体水平,评价免疫效果,制定科学的免疫预防策略,实现消除麻疹和维持无脊灰状态提供参考依据。方法:采取某高校幼儿园、附小2~12岁儿童的手指末梢血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测麻疹、脊灰IgG抗体水平。结果:共检测样本2191例,麻疹IgG抗体阳性2130份,阳性率97.22%;脊灰抗体阳性2168份,阳性率98.95%。不同性别、不同年龄组儿童麻疹和脊灰抗体阳性率差异均无统计学意义。结论:该校免疫规划工作成效显著,对适龄儿童进行麻疹、脊灰疫苗常规免疫加强化免疫及查漏补种能使儿童获得较高的免疫保护屏障,应持续认真开展。

목적:위료해모고교유인완、부소인동마진、척수회질염(척회)항체수평,평개면역효과,제정과학적면역예방책략,실현소제마진화유지무척회상태제공삼고의거。방법:채취모고교유인완、부소2~12세인동적수지말소혈,채용매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)법검측마진、척회IgG항체수평。결과:공검측양본2191례,마진IgG항체양성2130빈,양성솔97.22%;척회항체양성2168빈,양성솔98.95%。불동성별、불동년령조인동마진화척회항체양성솔차이균무통계학의의。결론:해교면역규화공작성효현저,대괄령인동진행마진、척회역묘상규면역가강화면역급사루보충능사인동획득교고적면역보호병장,응지속인진개전。
Objective:To understand the measles and poliomyelitis(polio)antibody level of a university affiliated kindergarten and primary school children,and evaluate the immune effects.Then making scientific immune prevention strategies,to achieve the elimination of measles and to provide reference for maintenance without poliomyelitis.Methods:Take peripheral finger blood of the kindergarten and primary school affiliated to China West Normal University 2~12 years old children,by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method for detection of measles and poliomyelitis antibody level of IgG.Results:A total of 2191 copies of test sample,the measles IgG antibody was positive in 2130 copies,and the positive rate was 97.22% .Poliomyelitis antibody positive 2168,and positive rate 98.95% .Differences in different age groups of children measles and polio antibody positive rate in different gender were no significant.Conclusion:Immune planning of the school is effective.Measles,polio vaccine in routine immunization and strengthening immunity and timely vaccination can make children get the immune protective barrier higher for school-age children,so it should continue to carry out.
