目的：观察香瓜慈姑丸配合针刺治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法：将360例乳腺增生患者随机分为治疗组200例和对照组160例，治疗组采用香瓜慈姑丸配合针刺治疗；对照组采用乳癖消丸治疗。两组均5个疗程后观察疗效(7天1个疗程)。结果：治疗组治愈81例，显效111例，无效8例，总有效率96.00%；对照组治愈80例，显效40例，无效40例，总有效率75.00%。结论：香瓜慈姑丸配合针灸治疗乳腺增生症疗效较好。
목적：관찰향과자고환배합침자치료유선증생증적료효。방법：장360례유선증생환자수궤분위치료조200례화대조조160례，치료조채용향과자고환배합침자치료；대조조채용유벽소환치료。량조균5개료정후관찰료효(7천1개료정)。결과：치료조치유81례，현효111례，무효8례，총유효솔96.00%；대조조치유80례，현효40례，무효40례，총유효솔75.00%。결론：향과자고환배합침구치료유선증생증료효교호。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Muskmelon arrowhead pill combined with acupuncture for treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:We selected 360 cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.These patients were randomly divided into the treatment group with 200 cases and the control group with 160 cases.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture and muskmelon arrowhead pill.The control group was treated with Rupixiao pills.Curative effect of the two groups was observed after 5 courses(1 course of treatment was seven days).Results:In the treatment group,81 cases were cured, 111 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency was 96%.In the control group,80 cases were cured,40 cases were markedly effective,40 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency was 75%.Conclusion:The curative effect of Muskmelon arrowhead pill combined with acupuncture for treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands is better.
