目的：探究对急性嵌顿痔患者行急诊手术的疗效及可行性。方法：收治急性嵌顿痔患者56例，将其均分为两组。治疗组患者行急诊手术，对照组患者行保守治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果和康复情况。结果：治疗组治愈率高达85.71%，对照组仅67.86%；治疗组患者疼痛缓解时间多在3天以内，对照组患者疼痛缓解时间多为3～5天甚至更久。结论：行急诊手术治疗急性嵌顿痔患者有良好效果。它可以加快患者恢复且降低疼痛时间，临床可行性高。

목적：탐구대급성감돈치환자행급진수술적료효급가행성。방법：수치급성감돈치환자56례，장기균분위량조。치료조환자행급진수술，대조조환자행보수치료。관찰량조환자치료효과화강복정황。결과：치료조치유솔고체85.71%，대조조부67.86%；치료조환자동통완해시간다재3천이내，대조조환자동통완해시간다위3～5천심지경구。결론：행급진수술치료급성감돈치환자유량호효과。타가이가쾌환자회복차강저동통시간，림상가행성고。
Objective:To explore the curative effect and feasibility of emergency operation in patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoid.Methods:56 cases of patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoid were admited and divided into two groups.The patients in treatment group were given emergency operation.The patients in the control group were given conservative treatment. Observe the treatment effect and recovery of patients.Results:The cure rate in the treatment group was as high as 85.71%,while the control group was only 67.86%.The pain relief time of patients in the treatment group were within 3 days.The pain relief time of patients in the control group were 3~5 days or even longer.Conclusion:The emergency operation in the treatment of patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoid has a good effect.It can accelerate the recovery of patients and reduce the pain of time,so it has higher clinical feasibility.
