目的：探讨甲状腺功能亢进症的临床治疗效果。方法：2013年8月-2014年2月收治甲状腺功能亢进症患者86例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组43例。对照组主要采用传统治疗方法，研究组患者在采用传统治疗的基础上进行手术治疗。结果：研究组总有效率97.7%，对照组总有效率88.4%；研究组并发症发生率6.9%，对照组并发症发生率11.6%；两组总有效率以及不良反应的发生率比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：手术治疗甲状腺功能亢进症效果显著，术后并发症发生率低，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토갑상선공능항진증적림상치료효과。방법：2013년8월-2014년2월수치갑상선공능항진증환자86례，수궤분위연구조화대조조，매조43례。대조조주요채용전통치료방법，연구조환자재채용전통치료적기출상진행수술치료。결과：연구조총유효솔97.7%，대조조총유효솔88.4%；연구조병발증발생솔6.9%，대조조병발증발생솔11.6%；량조총유효솔이급불량반응적발생솔비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：수술치료갑상선공능항진증효과현저，술후병발증발생솔저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of hyperthyroidism.Methods:86 cases of hyperthyroidism were admitted from August 2013 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 43 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional treatment method,while the study group were treated by operation treatment on the basis of the traditional treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 97.7%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 88.4%.The incidence rate of complications in the study group was 6.9%,while the incidence rate of complications in the control group was 11.6%.The total effective rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operation mode in the treatment of hyperthyroidism has significant effect and lower incidence of postoperative complications,so it is worthy of clinical application.
