目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床疗效。方法：总结2年实施的腹腔镜阑尾切除手术316例患者，分析临床手术疗效。结果：全组均采用腹腔镜治疗，其中术后3例出现腹壁炎症，2例出现阑尾残端瘘，余患者切口愈合良好，无切口感染、粘连性肠梗阻、腹腔感染等并发症。结论：腹腔镜阑尾炎手术技术，对于阑尾炎治疗效果明显，前景广阔。
目的：探討腹腔鏡闌尾切除術的臨床療效。方法：總結2年實施的腹腔鏡闌尾切除手術316例患者，分析臨床手術療效。結果：全組均採用腹腔鏡治療，其中術後3例齣現腹壁炎癥，2例齣現闌尾殘耑瘺，餘患者切口愈閤良好，無切口感染、粘連性腸梗阻、腹腔感染等併髮癥。結論：腹腔鏡闌尾炎手術技術，對于闌尾炎治療效果明顯，前景廣闊。
목적：탐토복강경란미절제술적림상료효。방법：총결2년실시적복강경란미절제수술316례환자，분석림상수술료효。결과：전조균채용복강경치료，기중술후3례출현복벽염증，2례출현란미잔단루，여환자절구유합량호，무절구감염、점련성장경조、복강감염등병발증。결론：복강경란미염수술기술，대우란미염치료효과명현，전경엄활。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:We summarized 316 cases of the laparoscopic appendectomy during a period of 2 years,and analyzed the clinical curative effect of operation.Results: All patients were treated by laparoscopy.After that,3 cases occured abdominal wall inflammation,2 cases occured appendiceal stump fistula, the incision of remaining patients was good without incision infection,adhesive intestinal obstruction,abdominal infection and other complications.Conclusion:Operation technique of laparoscopic treatment for appendicitis has obvious advantages,and it has a broad prospect in application.
