目的:探讨原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的诊断和外科治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析2006-2013年行外科手术治疗的15例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症患者的临床表现、实验室检查和术前、术中定位方法及手术治疗方式。结果:15例患者中,术前联合B超、CT、核素扫描定位诊断准确。术后临床表现缓解,化验指标恢复正常,无永久性甲状旁腺功能减退或喉返神经损伤等并发症。结论:原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的诊断需结合临床症状和辅助检查,甲状旁腺切除术是治疗原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的有效方法,术前、术中的准确定位是手术成功的关键。
目的:探討原髮性甲狀徬腺功能亢進癥的診斷和外科治療經驗。方法:迴顧性分析2006-2013年行外科手術治療的15例原髮性甲狀徬腺功能亢進癥患者的臨床錶現、實驗室檢查和術前、術中定位方法及手術治療方式。結果:15例患者中,術前聯閤B超、CT、覈素掃描定位診斷準確。術後臨床錶現緩解,化驗指標恢複正常,無永久性甲狀徬腺功能減退或喉返神經損傷等併髮癥。結論:原髮性甲狀徬腺功能亢進癥的診斷需結閤臨床癥狀和輔助檢查,甲狀徬腺切除術是治療原髮性甲狀徬腺功能亢進癥的有效方法,術前、術中的準確定位是手術成功的關鍵。
목적:탐토원발성갑상방선공능항진증적진단화외과치료경험。방법:회고성분석2006-2013년행외과수술치료적15례원발성갑상방선공능항진증환자적림상표현、실험실검사화술전、술중정위방법급수술치료방식。결과:15례환자중,술전연합B초、CT、핵소소묘정위진단준학。술후림상표현완해,화험지표회복정상,무영구성갑상방선공능감퇴혹후반신경손상등병발증。결론:원발성갑상방선공능항진증적진단수결합림상증상화보조검사,갑상방선절제술시치료원발성갑상방선공능항진증적유효방법,술전、술중적준학정위시수술성공적관건。
Objective:To evaluate the experience of the diagnosis and surgical treatment for patients with Primary Hyperparathyroidism.Methods:Retrospective study was done in 15 primary hyperparathyroidism cases who were treated surgically in our hospital between 2006 to 2013.The study included the clinical manifestations,biochemical analysis,pre and intraoperative radiological aid along with scintigraphy and surgical technique.Results:Among the 15 cases, the diagnose was accuracy with preoperative USG,CT and scintigraphy to localize the site of pathologic changes and.Following the operation,all of the patients had an uneventful recovery and the clinical symptoms were relieved gradually.The biochemical analysis returned to normal.There was no complication like long term hypoparathyroidism or damaged RLN in any of the cases.Conclusions:Clinical manifestation and adjuvant diagnostic tools are required for diagnostic accuracy of Hyperparathyroidism.Parathyroidectomy is an effective approach to patients with Primary Hyperparathyroidism.Preoperative and intraoperative localization of diseased site is an important factor that leads to favorable outcome.
