目的：探讨举宫杯在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的应用价值及技巧总结。方法：2010年12月-2013年3月收治使用举宫杯完成腹腔镜子宫全切手术患者126例，分析其临床资料。结果：126例中，除2例中转开腹外均顺利完成手术，平均手术时间(162±15)分钟，平均出血量(60±10)ml，无严重并发症发生。结论：使用举宫杯在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中可以明确指示穹隆部，较好地避免泌尿系及血管损伤，具有较高的临床应用价值及手术安全性。

목적：탐토거궁배재복강경전자궁절제술중적응용개치급기교총결。방법：2010년12월-2013년3월수치사용거궁배완성복강경자궁전절수술환자126례，분석기림상자료。결과：126례중，제2례중전개복외균순리완성수술，평균수술시간(162±15)분종，평균출혈량(60±10)ml，무엄중병발증발생。결론：사용거궁배재복강경전자궁절제술중가이명학지시궁륭부，교호지피면비뇨계급혈관손상，구유교고적림상응용개치급수술안전성。
Objective:To discuss the application value and skills summary of uterus lifting cup in total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery.Methods: 126 cases of patients with using uterus lifting cup to complete total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery were admitted.Analyze the clinical data.Results:126 cases,except 2 cases converted to laparotomy,were successfully completed the operation.The average operation time was(162±15)minutes,and the mean blood loss was 60±10ml.There occurred no serious complications.Conclusion:Using uterus lifting cup in total laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery can clearly indicate the fornices,and betterly avoid urinary system and blood vessel injury.It has high clinical application value and operation safety.
