小柴胡汤临床应用广泛，是和解少阳的代表方剂。在少阳病过程中，随感邪轻重，病程久暂，体质强弱，阴阳气血盛衰，治疗当否，因而可出现若干兼证，故其治法亦须加兼顾。小柴胡汤经适当加减，而与原治法根本不同者，谓之小柴胡汤变法。证变法亦变，方随法而遣。本文探讨了小柴胡汤法及其变化的临床应用。
小柴鬍湯臨床應用廣汎，是和解少暘的代錶方劑。在少暘病過程中，隨感邪輕重，病程久暫，體質彊弱，陰暘氣血盛衰，治療噹否，因而可齣現若榦兼證，故其治法亦鬚加兼顧。小柴鬍湯經適噹加減，而與原治法根本不同者，謂之小柴鬍湯變法。證變法亦變，方隨法而遣。本文探討瞭小柴鬍湯法及其變化的臨床應用。
소시호탕림상응용엄범，시화해소양적대표방제。재소양병과정중，수감사경중，병정구잠，체질강약，음양기혈성쇠，치료당부，인이가출현약간겸증，고기치법역수가겸고。소시호탕경괄당가감，이여원치법근본불동자，위지소시호탕변법。증변법역변，방수법이견。본문탐토료소시호탕법급기변화적림상응용。
Minor Bupleurum Decoction’s clinical application is widely, and it is the representative prescriptions of shaoyang disease.Accompanied symptoms will appear because of severity of disease, duration, physical strength, qi and blood, Yin and Yang, and treatment, and thus there will be several certificate, so the treatment should also add to two or more things. Minor Bupleurum Decoction properly add and subtract, but with the original treatment radically different, reform of Minor Bupleurum Decoction.The reform also changed.This paper discusses the Minor Bupleurum Decoction method and its clinical application changes.
