EBM是指应用当前所能获得的最好研究依据，结合临床医生的个人专业技能与多年临床经验，考虑到患者的价值和愿望，制定出适合患者的治疗措施。对于中晚期贲门癌，手术、化疗、中医治疗仍是目前主要的治疗方法，但都各有其局限性和不足之处。近年来，中医药在贲门癌治疗中发挥了重要作用。中药不仅单独应用有效，而且与手术、化疗、放疗联合运用可产生协同效果。因此，中西医结合为主的综合治疗愈来愈受到临床的广泛重视，可以取长补短，最大程度地发挥各种疗法的优势。
