目的：分析儿科病房护理中存在的安全问题，并提出具体的防护措施。方法：2008年5月-2013年5月收治存在护理风险的患者69例，对患者的病历资料和护理风险进行分析。结果：护理内容繁多、压力较大、沟通不当、护理记录不完善等是主要的影响因素。其中发现护理资料填写不完整与风险告知不及时所占的几率相对较高，分别占50.72%、43.47%。结论：儿科应建立完善的护理制度，提高工作人员的素质，并根据其工作的实际情况，申请新的员工名额，缓解其工作压力，达到提高临床护理质量的目的。

목적：분석인과병방호리중존재적안전문제，병제출구체적방호조시。방법：2008년5월-2013년5월수치존재호리풍험적환자69례，대환자적병력자료화호리풍험진행분석。결과：호리내용번다、압력교대、구통불당、호리기록불완선등시주요적영향인소。기중발현호리자료전사불완정여풍험고지불급시소점적궤솔상대교고，분별점50.72%、43.47%。결론：인과응건립완선적호리제도，제고공작인원적소질，병근거기공작적실제정황，신청신적원공명액，완해기공작압력，체도제고림상호리질량적목적。
Objective:To analyze security problems of pediatric ward nursing,and to put forward the concrete precautionary measure.Methods:69 patients with nursing risk were selected from May 2008 to May 2013.The medical records of patients were retrospectively analyze.And the nursing risks were analyzed.Results: The main influencing factors are nursing care of numerous content,larger pressure,improper communication, incomplete nursing records.The probability of the incomplete nursing data and the not timely risk informed were high,and they respectively accounted for 50.72%,43.47%.Conclusion:The impeccable nursing system should be established in department of pediatrics.It can improve the quality of the staff.According to the actual situation of their work,it can apply for a new employee number,ease the work pressure,and improve the clinical nursing quality.
