目的：对不孕症及孕前检查人群中生殖道支原体感染的检查结果进行分析。方法：收治不孕不育夫妇60例与正常夫妇60例分别作为观察组和对照组。两组均进行支原体培养，分析支原体、血清抗精子抗体和精液检测结果。结果：观察组的支原体检出率56.6%，显著高于对照组8.2%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。有不洁性接触史和无不洁性接触史的UU(+)检出率分别为41.7%、39.6%，比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。女性支原体检出率53.8%，高于男性支原体检出率的47.1%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：不孕症及孕前检查人群中生殖道支原体的感染率比较高，它对精子的成活率、活动率有很大程度的影响，特别是年轻人。没有不洁性接触史也极有可能发生感染，因此，对于不孕症和孕前检查生殖道支原体的感染是对母婴健康的保证，值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the inspection results of genital tract mycoplasma infection of infertility and pre pregnancy check population.Methods:60 cases of infertile couples as observation group and 60 cases of normal couple as control group.Two groups had mycoplasma culture,and analyze mycoplasma,serum antisperm antibodies and semen test results.Results:The mycoplasma detection rate of the observation group was 56.6%,and it was significantly higher than 8.2% of the control group,and comparative difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The UU(+ )detection rate of having a history of impurity sexual contact and not having a history of impurity sexual contact,and comparative difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The mycoplasma detection rate of female was 53.8%,and it was higher than 47.1% of the mycoplasma detection rate of male,and comparative difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of mycoplasma genitalium of infertility and pre pregnancy check population is relatively high,and it has great influence on survival rate and activity rate of sperm, especially young people.Without feculent sexual contact is also very possible infection,therefore,checking genital tract mycoplasma infection in infertility and pre pregnancy check population is the guarantee on maternal and child health,so it is worthy of promotion.
