目的：探讨人工流产术规范化管理的常遇问题以及应对措施。方法：2011年5月-2012年5月收治人工流产术患者40例，对所有患者均实施规范化管理，分析规范化管理工作中的常遇问题，并提出应对措施，以有效规避规范化管理工作风险。结果：人工流产术规范化管理的常遇问题主要包括环境问题、隐私问题、沟通问题及技术问题，因此应进一步加强此类问题的管理，即完善管理制度、改善操作环境、增强服务意识及提高操作技术。结论：在人工流产术管理工作中应该全面分析问题产生的原因，并将应对措施付诸实践，以保证管理工作的规范化，保证患者的生命安全。
목적：탐토인공유산술규범화관리적상우문제이급응대조시。방법：2011년5월-2012년5월수치인공유산술환자40례，대소유환자균실시규범화관리，분석규범화관리공작중적상우문제，병제출응대조시，이유효규피규범화관리공작풍험。결과：인공유산술규범화관리적상우문제주요포괄배경문제、은사문제、구통문제급기술문제，인차응진일보가강차류문제적관리，즉완선관리제도、개선조작배경、증강복무의식급제고조작기술。결론：재인공유산술관리공작중응해전면분석문제산생적원인，병장응대조시부제실천，이보증관리공작적규범화，보증환자적생명안전。
Objective:To discuss often encounter problems and counter measures of the standardized management of artificial abortion.Methods: 40 cases of patients with artificial abortion admitted from May 2011 to May 2012.All the patients were given standardized management,to analyze encounter problems in the standardization management,and put forward counter measures,in order to effectively circumvent the risk of standardized management.Results:The often encounter problems of the standardized management of artificial abortion mainly includes environmental problems,privacy problems,communication problems and technical problems,therefore the management should be further strengthened,such as perfecting the management system, improving the operating environment,enhancing service awareness and improving the operation technology.Conclusion:It should comprehensive analyze the cause of problems in artificial abortion management work,and take measures to put into practice,in order to ensure the standardization of the management,and ensure the life safety of patients.
