目的：观察孟鲁司特联合布地奈德预防毛细支气管炎后反复喘息的临床效果。方法：2010年10月-2012年10月收治毛细支气管炎患儿60例，作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，出院后观察组给予孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗，对照组则不干预。对两组患儿喘息发生情况进行比较。结果：观察组反复喘息发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：口服孟鲁司特联合吸入布地奈德能减少婴幼儿毛细支气管炎后哮喘发生率，疗效确切，应用方便，不良反应小。

목적：관찰맹로사특연합포지내덕예방모세지기관염후반복천식적림상효과。방법：2010년10월-2012년10월수치모세지기관염환인60례，작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，출원후관찰조급여맹로사특연합포지내덕치료，대조조칙불간예。대량조환인천식발생정황진행비교。결과：관찰조반복천식발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：구복맹로사특연합흡입포지내덕능감소영유인모세지기관염후효천발생솔，료효학절，응용방편，불량반응소。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the prevention of repeated wheezing after capillary bronchitis.Methods:60 children with capillary bronchitis were selected from October 2010 to October 2012 as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.After discharge,the observation group were treated with montelukast combined with budesonide.The control group had no intervention.The occurrence of wheeze in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of repeated wheezing in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral montelukast combined with inhalation of budesonide can reduce the incidence rate of asthma after capillary bronchitis in infants.Its curative effect is exact.It is easy to applicate and has less adverse reaction.
