化工仪表是化工设备运行的有效监视者，化工仪表显示的各种信息对于保证仪器设备的正常运行以及设备维修具有重要的作用，随着化工设备自动化的发展，化工仪表的自动化程度也在不断增强，但是化工仪表复杂程度也日益加深，其也就存在一定的故障。本文通过对常见化工仪表的种类进行阐述，分析化工仪表常见的几种故障，最后提出检修这些故障的具体方法。
化工儀錶是化工設備運行的有效鑑視者，化工儀錶顯示的各種信息對于保證儀器設備的正常運行以及設備維脩具有重要的作用，隨著化工設備自動化的髮展，化工儀錶的自動化程度也在不斷增彊，但是化工儀錶複雜程度也日益加深，其也就存在一定的故障。本文通過對常見化工儀錶的種類進行闡述，分析化工儀錶常見的幾種故障，最後提齣檢脩這些故障的具體方法。

Chemical instrument is the effective monitor of the operation of chemical equipment, and the various information displayed by chemical instrument plays an important role to guarantee the normal operation and maintenance of instrument and equipment. With the development of automation of chemical equipment, the automation degree of chemical instrument is enhanced constantly, but the complex degree of chemical instrument is also deepened increasingly, and there are also some faults. This paper explains the types of the common chemical instrument, analyses common faults of chemical instrument, and finally proposes specific ways to overhaul these faults.
