This paper builds an evaluation index system of logistics cost control according to the enterprises' actual operation process, and uses the AHP method to calculate the weight of each evaluation. On this basis, it uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the built system, proposes the corresponding suggestions based on the evaluation results and demonstrates the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of the method with examples.
