As the oil sales market competition becomes more intense, service marketing gradually becomes the competitive edge of oil sales enterprises. This paper analyzes the present situation of oil sales enterprise service marketing, and points out the problems in the process of service marketing of oil sales enterprises. Combined with the features of oil sales enterprises, corresponding strategies are put forward, in hope of promoting the enterprise's core competiveness through promotion of oil sales enterprise's service marketing strategy, making the enterprise stand in a dominant position in the future competition.
