目的：观察1周胰岛素泵治疗对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血脂谱的影响。方法选取2011~2012年该院收治的23例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者，给予胰岛素泵强化治疗1周，观察治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖（FPG）及餐后2小时血糖（2hPG）]、血脂谱[血清总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、三酰甘油（TG）]变化。结果治疗后患者FPG及2hPG、TC、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；而HDL-C、TG变化不明显，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论2型糖尿病合并高血压患者给予胰岛素泵强化治疗短期内既可稳定控制血糖，也可改善脂质代谢。
목적：관찰1주이도소빙치료대2형당뇨병합병고혈압환자혈지보적영향。방법선취2011~2012년해원수치적23례2형당뇨병합병고혈압환자，급여이도소빙강화치료1주，관찰치료전후혈당[공복혈당（FPG）급찬후2소시혈당（2hPG）]、혈지보[혈청총담고순（TC）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）、고밀도지단백담고순（HDL-C）、삼선감유（TG）]변화。결과치료후환자FPG급2hPG、TC、LDL-C교치료전명현강저，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）；이HDL-C、TG변화불명현，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론2형당뇨병합병고혈압환자급여이도소빙강화치료단기내기가은정공제혈당，야가개선지질대사。
Objective To observe the changes of lipid spectrum after one-week intensive glucose control with insulin pump in 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients with hypertension. Methods Twenty-three T2DM patients with hypertension were enrolled during 2011 and 2012 by this hospital and underwent one-week intensive glucose control with insulin pump. The blood glucose (FPG and 2hPG) and lipid spectrum(TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG) were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results Fasting blood-glucoses (FPG),2-hour plasma glucose (2hPG),serum total cholesterol (TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) after treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.01),while there was no statistically significant difference on HDL-C and TG between before and after the treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion The insulin pump therapy can stabilized blood glucose and improve the lipid metabolism of the patients with T2DM comblined hypertension.
