目的：分析甲状腺单发肿瘤行腺叶切除的方法及效果。方法：2010年1月-2012年12月收治甲状腺单发肿瘤患者57例，所有患者均行单甲状腺腺叶切除术，对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果：57例患者术后发生并发症5例(8.77%)；术后随访1～2年，1例患者复发，再次行手术治疗后治愈，至今无复发；治疗后患者甲状腺上动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0.05)，对侧腺体体积、促甲状腺激素(FSH)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)较治疗前无明显变化。结论：甲状腺单发肿瘤行腺叶切除术可有效改善患者甲状腺上动脉血流，且不增加对侧腺体体积，且并发症发生率较低，效果较佳，值得临床推广应用。
목적：분석갑상선단발종류행선협절제적방법급효과。방법：2010년1월-2012년12월수치갑상선단발종류환자57례，소유환자균행단갑상선선협절제술，대환자림상자료진행회고성분석총결。결과：57례환자술후발생병발증5례(8.77%)；술후수방1～2년，1례환자복발，재차행수술치료후치유，지금무복발；치료후환자갑상선상동맥수축기봉치류속(PSV)교치료전유명현개선(P＜0.05)，대측선체체적、촉갑상선격소(FSH)、혈청유리갑상선소(FT4)교치료전무명현변화。결론：갑상선단발종류행선협절제술가유효개선환자갑상선상동맥혈류，차불증가대측선체체적，차병발증발생솔교저，효과교가，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:We analyzed the method and effect of lobe resection in the treatment of solitary thyroid tumor.Methods:57 cases with solitary thyroid tumors were selected from January 2010 to December 2012.All of them were given the lobe resection operation.We retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical data of patients.Results:In 57 cases,5 cases occurred complications after the operation(8.77%).Cases were followed up for 1~2 years.1 case had recurrence and was cured after the operation therapy agine,and do not recurrence until now.The superior thyroid artery peak systolic velocity(PSV) of the patients after treatment had significantly improved than before the treatment(P<0.05).The contralateral gland volume,thyroid stimulating hormone(FSH),serum free thyroxine(FT4) after treatment had no obvious change than before the treatment.Conclusion:The lobe resection in the treatment of solitary thyroid tumor can improve thyroid artery blood flow of the patients effectively,and do not increase the contralateral gland volume,and it has the low rate of complications,better effect,so it is worthy of clinical application.
