Atorvastatin%QuMei Trimetazidine%Left ventricular dysfunction%Coronary heart disease
目的：研究老年冠心病左心功能不全患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的的临床效果。方法：2012年1月-2013年1月收治老年冠心病左心功能不全患者120例，随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。试验组在常规治疗基础上应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗，对照组应用常规治疗治疗。治疗2年后，对两组血压水平及不良反应进行比较分析。结果：经过不同的治疗后，试验组NYHA心功能改善率(68.3%)明显高于对照组(40.0%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.7007，P=0.0018)；试验组NYHA心功能恶化率(5.0%)低于对照组(18.3%)，两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=5.1752，P=0.0229)；试验组NYHA心功能不变所占的比例(26.7%)与对照组(41.7%)相近，两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.0009，P=0.0832)；经过不同治疗后，试验组胃肠不适及转氨酶升高的发生率分别为11.7%和10.0%，与对照组(6.7%，8.3%)比较差异无统计学意义(均P＞0.05)。结论：应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病左心功能不全疗效确切，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

목적：연구노년관심병좌심공능불전환자응용아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료적적림상효과。방법：2012년1월-2013년1월수치노년관심병좌심공능불전환자120례，수궤분위시험조화대조조각60례。시험조재상규치료기출상응용아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료，대조조응용상규치료치료。치료2년후，대량조혈압수평급불량반응진행비교분석。결과：경과불동적치료후，시험조NYHA심공능개선솔(68.3%)명현고우대조조(40.0%)，량조비교차이유통계학의의(χ2=9.7007，P=0.0018)；시험조NYHA심공능악화솔(5.0%)저우대조조(18.3%)，량조비교유통계학의의(χ2=5.1752，P=0.0229)；시험조NYHA심공능불변소점적비례(26.7%)여대조조(41.7%)상근，량조비교차이무통계학의의(χ2=3.0009，P=0.0832)；경과불동치료후，시험조위장불괄급전안매승고적발생솔분별위11.7%화10.0%，여대조조(6.7%，8.3%)비교차이무통계학의의(균P＞0.05)。결론：응용아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료노년관심병좌심공능불전료효학절，안전가고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the curative effect of atorvastatin combined with QuMei trimetazidine in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease patients with left heart insufficiency.Methods:120 elderly cases with coronary heart disease combined with the left ventricular function insufficiency were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The experimental group were given the atorvastatin combined with QuMei trimetazidine on the basis of the conventional therapy.The treatment group were given the conventional therapy.After 2 years treatment,we compared and analyzed the level of blood pressure and the adverse reaction of two groups.Results:After different treatment,the NYHA cardiac function improvement rate of the experimental group(68.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(40% ),and there was statistically significant(χ 2=9.7007,P=0.0018).The NYHA heart function exacerbation rate of the experimental group patients(5%) was lower than that of the control group(18.3%),and there was statistically significant(χ2=5.1752,P=0.0229).The NYHA heart function constant proportion of the experimental group patients with 26.7%was similar to that of the control group(41.7%),and there were no statistical significance(χ2=3.0009,P=0.0832).After different treatment,the gastrointestinal discomfort and elevated transaminases of the experimental group were 11.7% and 10%respectively,and the control group were 6.7%and 8.3%respectively,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Atorvastatin Combined with QuMei trimetazidine in the treatment of left ventricular function in elderly coronary insufficiency.The curative effect is exact,safe and reliable,so it is worthy of clinical application.
