目的:研究沙棘总黄酮对大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:70只健康龄SD大鼠随机分为对照组和给药组,每组35例。给药组股静脉给予高剂量沙棘总黄酮后,在不同的时间点取脑组织,用荧光分光光度法,测定脑内单胺类神经递质的荧光强度,计算此含量。对照组大鼠股静脉只给等量的双蒸水。结果:与对照组比较,给药组给予高剂量沙棘总黄酮后,大鼠脑内单胺类递质的含量升高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙棘总黄酮可使大鼠脑内单胺类递质的含量上升,对多巴胺系统影响明显。

목적:연구사극총황동대대서뇌내단알류신경체질적영향。방법:70지건강령SD대서수궤분위대조조화급약조,매조35례。급약조고정맥급여고제량사극총황동후,재불동적시간점취뇌조직,용형광분광광도법,측정뇌내단알류신경체질적형광강도,계산차함량。대조조대서고정맥지급등량적쌍증수。결과:여대조조비교,급약조급여고제량사극총황동후,대서뇌내단알류체질적함량승고,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:사극총황동가사대서뇌내단알류체질적함량상승,대다파알계통영향명현。
Objective:To explore the influence of total flavonoids of hippophae rhamnoides on monoamine neurotransmitters in brain of rats.Methods:70 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group(n=35).Rats were given high dose of total flavonoids of hippophae rhamnoides from femoral vein.Then we took the brain tissue at different time points,and we measured the fluorescence intensity of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain by fluorescence spectrophotometry to calculate the content. The control group were given the same amount of double steaming water.Results:compared with the control group,after rats were given high dose of total flavonoids of hippophae rhamnoides,contents of brain monoamine neurotransmitters in rats were increased. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total flavones of hippophae rhamnoides can increase the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain of rats,and it has a significant effect on the dopamine system.
