本文介绍了在瓦斯压力高达3.1兆帕的高突矿井施工中首次采用工作面预注浆法作为防突措施,对井筒周围煤层中瓦斯通道进行封闭,顺利通过突出煤层的作业方案,在施工中取得了较好的效果。应用该项技术,在沙曲煤矿南风井立井揭煤施工中取得了安全快速、经济高效的效果。

This paper introduces the first application of working face pregrouting method as the prevention measure in the high outburst mine where the gas pressure is up to 3.1 MPa. The gas channels in the coal seam around the wellbore are closed, and smoothly getting through the outburst coal seam. Good results have been achieved in the construction. The application of this technology in Shaqu coal mine south wind well vertical shaft coal uncovering has obtained safe, rapid, economic and efficient results.
