近几年来，随着社会用电量的高速增长，输变电工程项目建设投资规模也在不断的增加，对于变电站的土建工程来说，建设期比较的长、资源的消耗量也较大，它的造价控制不仅会受外部环境和技术条件等影响，而且受到工程建设过程中每个环节的影响。所以，对加强变电站的土建工程造价管理和控制，实现节约建设资源，降本增效的目的迫在眉睫。本文就水电站工程造价的管理与控制进行分析。
