目的：对比分析腹腔镜卵巢巧克力囊肿摘除术后分别应用米非司酮与曼月乐环的临床疗效。方法：2010年9月-2013年3月收治卵巢巧克力囊肿患者47例，随机分为对照组(23例)和观察组(24例)，均行腹腔镜下囊肿摘除术，对照组术后给予口服米非司酮治疗，观察组术后宫内放置曼月乐环，对两组术后治疗效果及远期复发情况进行综合比较。结果：对照组在术后12个月的痛经程度评分明显高于观察组(P＜0.05)；随访期间观察组复发率8.33%，对照组39.13%，观察组远期复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：腹腔镜卵巢巧克力囊肿摘除术后再给予宫内放置曼月乐环效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：대비분석복강경란소교극력낭종적제술후분별응용미비사동여만월악배적림상료효。방법：2010년9월-2013년3월수치란소교극력낭종환자47례，수궤분위대조조(23례)화관찰조(24례)，균행복강경하낭종적제술，대조조술후급여구복미비사동치료，관찰조술후궁내방치만월악배，대량조술후치료효과급원기복발정황진행종합비교。결과：대조조재술후12개월적통경정도평분명현고우관찰조(P＜0.05)；수방기간관찰조복발솔8.33%，대조조39.13%，관찰조원기복발솔명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)；조간불량반응발생솔비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：복강경란소교극력낭종적제술후재급여궁내방치만월악배효과현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of use the mifepristone and mirena ring respectively while the enucleation of ovarian chocolate cyst after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:47 cases with ovarian chocolate cyst were selected from September 2010 to March 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group(23 cases) and the observation group(24 cases). All of them had the laparoscopic cyst excision treatment.The control group treated with oral mifepristone.The observation group put the mirena ring into the intrauterine.We compared the treatment effect and long-term recurrence of the two groups.Results:The dysmenorrhea score of the control group after the operation 12 months were obviously higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of the observation group(8.33%) was lower than that of the control group(39.13% ) (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly difference between the groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The effect of putting the mirena ring into the intrauterine after the operation of laparoscopic enucleation of ovarian chocolate cyst is significant,so it is worthy of clinical application.
