目的：探讨实境横截面检查联合床边查房在提高低年资护士核心能力中的应用。方法：2013年1月-12月选取低年资护士38名，实行实境横截面检查联合床边护理查房模式对护理人员进行工作指导及考核。结果：实施后护士核心能力测评结果优于实施前，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：开展实境横截面检查联合床边护理查房模式有利于提高低年资护士语言表达和沟通能力及其分析、判断问题、解决疑难问题的能力，促进护患关系的改善，真正提高了年轻护士的核心能力。

목적：탐토실경횡절면검사연합상변사방재제고저년자호사핵심능력중적응용。방법：2013년1월-12월선취저년자호사38명，실행실경횡절면검사연합상변호리사방모식대호리인원진행공작지도급고핵。결과：실시후호사핵심능력측평결과우우실시전，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：개전실경횡절면검사연합상변호리사방모식유리우제고저년자호사어언표체화구통능력급기분석、판단문제、해결의난문제적능력，촉진호환관계적개선，진정제고료년경호사적핵심능력。
Objective:To explore the application of reality cross-section examination combined with bedside rounds in improving the core competence of low seniority nurses.Methods:30 cases of low seniority nurses were selected from January to December 2013.The nurses were given the work guidance and assessment by reality cross-section examination combined with bedside nursing ward round model.Results:After the implementation,the core competency assessment result of nurses was better than before the implementation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Launching the reality cross-section examination combined with bedside nursing ward round model helps to improve the language expression and communication skill of low seniority nurses,and their analysis,judgment,problem solving ability.It can promote the improvement of the relationship between nurses and patients,really improve the core competence of young nurses.
