目的：作为血站血液质量检测体系的关键部门，血站检验科担任着十分重要的职责和任务。然而，如今血站检验科逐渐暴露出很多问题，尤其在质量管理方面，探索质量管理的途径方法成为当务之急。本文就从血站检验科质量管理的重要性出发，探索其存在的一系列问题，进而提出相应的解决方法，为医学研究提供理论指导。

As the key part in blood testing system in blood station,the laboratory of blood station has very important responsibility and mission.However,nowadays in the laboratory of blood station many problems exposed,especially in the quality management.To explore ways of quality management has become a pressing matter of the moment.Starting from the importance of quality management in laboratory of blood station,this paper explore a series of problems,and puts forward the corresponding solving methods to provide theoretical guidance for medical research.
