目的：探讨综合护理干预对产妇产后情绪的影响。方法：2009年1月-2012年11月收治分娩孕妇98例，按照患者的意愿将其分为观察组(52例)和对照组(46例)。对照组仅进行常规护理，观察组则给予包括产前、产时、产后各个阶段心理、生理等方面的综合护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组产前、产后负面情绪进行评价。结果：两组产前与产后相比 SAS、SDS 评分差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但产前、产后观察组的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理干预可显著改善孕妇产后情绪，减少产后抑郁、焦虑等心理疾病的发生，对于保障母婴健康有极大的意义。

목적：탐토종합호리간예대산부산후정서적영향。방법：2009년1월-2012년11월수치분면잉부98례，안조환자적의원장기분위관찰조(52례)화대조조(46례)。대조조부진행상규호리，관찰조칙급여포괄산전、산시、산후각개계단심리、생리등방면적종합호리간예。채용초필자평량표(SAS)화억욱자평량표(SDS)대량조산전、산후부면정서진행평개。결과：량조산전여산후상비 SAS、SDS 평분차이균무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，단산전、산후관찰조적SAS、SDS평분균명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：종합호리간예가현저개선잉부산후정서，감소산후억욱、초필등심리질병적발생，대우보장모영건강유겁대적의의。
Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum mood of maternal.Methods:98 pregnant women were selected from January 2009 to November 2012.They were divided into the observation group(52 cases) and the control group(46 cases) according to the wishes of patients.The control group only received conventional nursing.The observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,including psychological,physiological nursing at prenatal, intrapartum,postpartum of all stages and so on.We evaluated prenatal and postnatal negative emotions of the two groups by using self rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self rating depression scale(SDS).Results:Compared two groups of prenatal and postnatal,there was no significant differences in SAS and SDS score(P>0.05),however,the SAS and SDS score at prenatal and postpartum of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the maternal postpartum depression and anxiety,and reduce the incidence of postpartum mental disease.It is of great significance to safeguard the health of mother and infant.
