目的：探讨护理干预在产后出血中的作用。方法：选取76例产妇随机分为试验组与对照组，每组38例。对照组采用常规护理方式，试验组则采用综合护理方式，观察两组产后出血量和子宫收缩情况。结果：试验组产后2小时、24小时出血量明显少于对照组；两组子宫收缩情况比较，试验组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论：在产妇生产过程中，护理干预是非常有必要的，它能够有效地减轻产后出血给产妇带来的危险。

목적：탐토호리간예재산후출혈중적작용。방법：선취76례산부수궤분위시험조여대조조，매조38례。대조조채용상규호리방식，시험조칙채용종합호리방식，관찰량조산후출혈량화자궁수축정황。결과：시험조산후2소시、24소시출혈량명현소우대조조；량조자궁수축정황비교，시험조총유효솔명현우우대조조。결론：재산부생산과정중，호리간예시비상유필요적，타능구유효지감경산후출혈급산부대래적위험。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:76 cases of puerpera were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 38 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing care.The experimental group were given comprehensive nursing.The amount of postpartum bleeding and uterine contractions situation of two groups were observed.Results:The amount of bleeding of postpartum 2 hours,24 hours in the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group.The terine contractions situation of patients in two groups were compared,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion:In the maternal production process,nursing intervention is very necessary.It can effectively reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage of puerpera.
