目的：探讨清洁洗肠后给予个性化综合护理在急性细菌性痢疾中的临床效果。方法：80例急性细菌性痢疾患者随机分为对照组和观察组，两组均给予抗生素+清洁洗肠治疗。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个性化综合护理。比较两组治疗、护理效果，主要临床症状、体征改善情况及患者对护理服务满意度。结果：经治疗及护理后，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，观察组主要临床症状、体征缓解时间显著早于对照组，观察组对护理服务满意度显著高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在清洁洗肠后给予个性化综合护理，临床效果显著，使用方便，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토청길세장후급여개성화종합호리재급성세균성이질중적림상효과。방법：80례급성세균성이질환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，량조균급여항생소+청길세장치료。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여개성화종합호리。비교량조치료、호리효과，주요림상증상、체정개선정황급환자대호리복무만의도。결과：경치료급호리후，관찰조총유효솔현저고우대조조，관찰조주요림상증상、체정완해시간현저조우대조조，관찰조대호리복무만의도현저고우대조조。차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재청길세장후급여개성화종합호리，림상효과현저，사용방편，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of individualized comprehensive nursing care after cleansing enema in patients with acute bacillary dysentery.Methods:80 cases with acute bacterial diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.They were given the treatment of antibiotics and cleaning enema.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given individualized comprehensive nursing.Then compare the effects of treatment and nursing,the main clinical symptoms,signs and patient nursing service satisfaction of two groups.Results:After the treatment and nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The remission time of main clinical symptoms and signs of the observation group was significantly earlier than that of the control group. Patients satisfaction on nursing service of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized comprehensive nursing used after cleaning enema can achieved a significant clinical effect,and also convenient to use,so it is worthy of clinical application.
