目的：对时间护理在老年患者护理质量与生存价值方面的影响进行分析探讨。方法选取该院2012年2月-2012年9月间入院治疗的74例老年患者作为一般护理样本，以随机分组的方式将37例老年患者分为观察组，采用时间护理模式，37例患者分为对照组，采用常规护理与健康教育方法。对两组老年患者入院后的护院时间、健康状况、患者满意度与生活质量等指标进行评分。结果两组老年患者在住院时间方面差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组老年患者为（34.2±8.6）d，对照组老年患者住院时间为（41.3±6.4）d；两组患者护理满意度评分差异统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组患者为（94.6±3.2）分，对照组患者为（87.6±7.3）分；两组老年患者治疗后生活能力（ADL）评分差异统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组患者为（93±3）分，对照组患者为（87±6）分。结论时间护理方法对提高老年患者护理质量、缩短住院护理时间、提高老年患者生活质量等方面具有显著效果，能够进行临床推广。

Objective This paper mainly analyzes the effect of time nursing on the nursing quality and quality of life of elderly patients. Methods 74 cases of elderly patients admitted in our hospital from February, 2012 to September, 2012 were selected as the general nursing samples and randomly divided into the observation group of 37 cases treated with time nursing mode, and the control group of 37 cases treated with the conventional nursing and health education method. The indexes such as hospitalization time after admission, health, patient satisfaction and quality of life of two groups of elderly patients were evaluated. Results The difference in hospitalization time between the two groups of elderly patients was statistically significant ( P<0.05), the hospitalization time of the observation group was (34.2±8.6) d, and that of the control group was (41.3±6.4)d;the difference in nursing satisfaction score between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was (94.6±3.2), and that of the control group was (87.6±7.3);the difference in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score after treatment be-tween the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the ADL score of the observation group was (93±3) points, and that of the control group was (87 ±6) points. Conclusion Time nursing method has significant effect on improving the nursing quality and quality of life of elderly patients and shortening the hospitalization time, which could be promoted in clinical practice.
