目的：探讨步行锻炼对结直肠癌患者经过化疗后疲乏感的影响。方法选取2012年1月-2013年1月该院结直肠癌患者120例，将其按先后入院顺序的数字随机法分为对照组及试验组各60例，对照组给予结直肠癌化疗后的常规护理，而试验组患者在常规护理的基础上增加步行锻炼。分别于研究开始的第1、5、19天后，对两组重度疲乏率和简明疲乏量表（BFI）评分，并最终进行数据汇总对比。结果化疗后第1天两组各项相比差异无统计学意义，而第5、19天，试验组在重度疲乏发生率、BFI评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论步行锻炼可以减轻患者化疗后CRF程度，减轻和消除疲乏感。
목적：탐토보행단련대결직장암환자경과화료후피핍감적영향。방법선취2012년1월-2013년1월해원결직장암환자120례，장기안선후입원순서적수자수궤법분위대조조급시험조각60례，대조조급여결직장암화료후적상규호리，이시험조환자재상규호리적기출상증가보행단련。분별우연구개시적제1、5、19천후，대량조중도피핍솔화간명피핍량표（BFI）평분，병최종진행수거회총대비。결과화료후제1천량조각항상비차이무통계학의의，이제5、19천，시험조재중도피핍발생솔、BFI평분균저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론보행단련가이감경환자화료후CRF정도，감경화소제피핍감。
Objective To investigate the effect of walking exercise on the fatigue of patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy. Methods 120 cases of rectal cancer patients admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2013 were se-lected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group, according to the order of ad-mission. The control group was given the routine care after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer, while the experimental group was given walking exercise on the basis of routine care. The severe fatigue rate and Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI) score of two groups on the first day, fifth day, and nineteenth day later after the start of the study were aggregated and compared. Results On the first day after the chemotherapy, there were no statistically significant differences in the indexes between the two groups, but on the fifth day, nineteenth day after the chemotherapy, the severe fatigue rate and BFI score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Walking exercise can reduce the degree of CRF of the patients after chemotherapy, alleviate and eliminate fatigue.
