目的：探究老年呼吸衰竭的临床诊治。方法选取该院收治的41例老年呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料，运用随机分组的方式进行分组。观察组给予吸氧治疗、机械通气、抗感染等对症治疗，对照组给予口服呼吸兴奋剂治疗，并观察治疗效果。结果观察组22例老年患者经综合治疗后总有效率为86.36%，医治无效死亡患者为1例，死亡率为4.54%。疗效明显优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年呼吸衰竭患者给予综合治疗，疗效显著，极大延长患者的生命，减轻患者的痛苦，提高患者老年生活质量。

목적：탐구노년호흡쇠갈적림상진치。방법선취해원수치적41례노년호흡쇠갈환자적림상자료，운용수궤분조적방식진행분조。관찰조급여흡양치료、궤계통기、항감염등대증치료，대조조급여구복호흡흥강제치료，병관찰치료효과。결과관찰조22례노년환자경종합치료후총유효솔위86.36%，의치무효사망환자위1례，사망솔위4.54%。료효명현우우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대노년호흡쇠갈환자급여종합치료，료효현저，겁대연장환자적생명，감경환자적통고，제고환자노년생활질량。
Objective To explore the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with respiratory failure. Methods The clinical data of 41 cases of elderly patients with respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from May, 2012 to April, 2013 were selected and grouped by random grouping. The observation group was given symptomatic treatment such as oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, anti-infection and so on, and the control group was given oral respiratory stimulant treatment. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the 22 cases of elderly patients was 86.36%, died in 1 case due to invalid treatment, the mortality was 4.54%, the curative effect is obviously superior to that of the control group's patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive treatment for elderly patients with respiratory failure is signifi-cant, which significantly extends the lives of patients and alleviates the suffering of patients, improves the quality of life of elderly patients.
