目的：探讨氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症的临床使用价值。方法将150例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各75例，观察组采用氨磺必利治疗，对照组采用利培酮治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后，观察组总有效率89.33%，对照组总有效率85.33%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组不良反应的发生率均低于对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症疗效确切，副作用小，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토안광필리치료정신분렬증적림상사용개치。방법장150례정신분렬증환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각75례，관찰조채용안광필리치료，대조조채용리배동치료，비교량조적림상료효급불량반응。결과치료후，관찰조총유효솔89.33%，대조조총유효솔85.33%，량조비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；관찰조불량반응적발생솔균저우대조조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론안광필리치료정신분렬증료효학절，부작용소，치득림상추엄。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of amisulpride in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 150 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each group, the observation group were given amisulpride treatment, and the control group were given risperidone treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reac-tions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.33%, and that of the control group was 85.33%, the comparison between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of amisulpride in the treatment of schizophrenia is definite with less side effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
